The automatic variant removes the need for any special lighting schedule, making it one of Sensi Seeds’ fastest and most user-friendly strains from planting to harvest. The full life cycle runs approximately 11 to 13 weeks, with around 60 days of flowering — placing Northern Lights Automatic among the fastest-finishing strains in the catalogue.

Plants grow to an average of 80 to 130 cm indoors (taller outdoors), maintaining the compact, bushy and squat silhouette that defines indica-dominant autoflowering genetics. The dense, resin-coated buds offer good yields for an autoflowering variety — approximately 400 grams per square metre indoors, or 50 to 80 grams per plant outdoors. Northern Lights Automatic has won multiple awards, including prizes at the Gran Canaria High Pro Cup and the Copa Bio Cannabis Cup.

The aroma is rich and classically indica: earthy and pungent with hints of herb, fruit, pine and a touch of citrus. The scent intensifies dramatically as buds approach harvest and reaches its peak after curing.
