Shipping costs €6.99 per order, and shipping is free on all orders above €49. We ship to Spain and to European Union countries where the ordered products are legal. The final cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no logos, brand names or references to the contents, and products are sealed in smell-proof packaging. On your bank statement only our neutral company name, COSTA SELECT TRADING COMPANY SL, appears.

You can pay by credit or debit card, by Bizum (Spain) or by direct bank transfer. Card and Bizum payments are confirmed immediately. For bank transfers, use your order number as the payment reference – we ship as soon as the payment is credited.

You receive an email when your parcel is dispatched, with a tracking number when available. You can also follow the status of your order at any time in My account.

We replace seeds that do not germinate free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the germination attempt. Full conditions are in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, and returns are free. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery and we cover the return shipping. For hygiene reasons, sealed products such as CBD oils, cosmetics, vape cartridges and opened seed packs cannot be returned once opened. Write to support@icestrains.com with your order number.

Yes. Our CBD products are made from EU-certified hemp and contain less than 0.2% THC, within the legal limits of the European Union. CBD flowers are sold as collector's and aromatic items, not for consumption. Our products are not medicines. You must be 18 or older to order.

Cannabis seeds are sold as souvenirs and collector's items. The rules on germination differ by country – for example, in Germany adults may grow up to three plants for personal use. Please check the laws of your country before germinating seeds.
