2. Scope and contract language

These terms apply to all sales concluded through this website with consumers and business customers. The contract can be concluded in any of the languages offered on the website. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We store the contract data of each order; you can view your orders at any time in your customer account.

3. Age restriction (18+)

All products on this website are intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country, if higher) to place an order. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reasonable doubts about the buyer’s age. Deliveries are only handed over to adults.

4. Our products and their legal status

Cannabis seeds. Cannabis seeds are sold as souvenirs, for genetic preservation and as collector’s items. In many countries the germination and cultivation of cannabis is restricted or prohibited. In Germany, adults may cultivate up to three plants for personal use under the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your country. We do not encourage anyone to break the law and we do not ship seeds to destinations where their possession is illegal.

CBD products. Our CBD products are made from EU-certified industrial hemp varieties and contain THC within the limits permitted in the European Union (total THC below 0.2 %). CBD flowers and resins are sold as collector’s and aromatic items and are not intended for human consumption or smoking. CBD oils and cosmetics are sold for external or cosmetic use as indicated on each product. Lab analyses are available on request.

No medical claims. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.

Head shop. Vaporizers, grinders, papers, filters and other accessories are sold for legal use only.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur and do not affect product quality.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices displayed in other currencies are for information only. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. The price applicable is the one shown at the time of ordering. If a price is clearly incorrect due to a technical error, we will inform you and you may cancel the order free of charge.

6. How an order is placed

1. Select your products and add them to the cart.
2. Go to checkout, enter your billing and delivery details and choose a payment method.
3. Check your order summary and correct any input errors before confirming.
4. Click the order button. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
5. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order or ship the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment is not received, if there are doubts about the buyer’s age, or if delivery to the destination country is not legally possible. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

7. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Bizum (Spain) and direct bank transfer. Card and Bizum payments are confirmed immediately; orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment has been credited to our account. Full details are available on our Payment and Shipping page.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship in discreet, neutral packaging with no reference to the contents or to our brand. Shipping costs, destinations and delivery details are described on the Payment and Shipping page. Delivery times stated by carriers are estimates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you designate. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report visible damage as soon as possible.

9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party you designate, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email to support@icestrains.com) including your name, order number and the products concerned. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example CBD oils, edibles, cosmetics, vape cartridges and opened seed packs), in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (TRLGDCU) and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Effects. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping is free of charge: contact us before sending the goods and we will provide the return instructions at our expense. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

10. Germination guarantee for seeds

We stand behind the quality of our seeds. If seeds from an order do not germinate, we will replace them free of charge under the following conditions:

• you contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number;
• you send photos of the germination attempt (for example the seeds on a damp paper towel after 5–7 days);
• the seeds were stored in a cool, dark and dry place and germinated following standard methods.

The guarantee covers the replacement of the same or an equivalent variety (subject to availability) and applies once per order. It does not cover problems caused by incorrect storage, handling or growing conditions. This guarantee is voluntary and does not limit your legal rights.

11. Legal guarantee and complaints

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Spanish law (3 years for goods delivered to consumers). If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@icestrains.com within 14 days of delivery if possible, with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the product as provided by law.

12. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of our products, from use that breaches the law of your country, or from delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this is not permitted by law or restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Personal data

We process your personal data only to handle your orders and enquiries and to meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@icestrains.com – we will do our best to find a solution. Consumers may also contact the consumer-protection authority or consumer arbitration board of their country.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal or operational changes. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
