1. Payment methods
| Credit / debit card | Pay securely with your credit or debit card at checkout. The payment is confirmed immediately and your order goes straight into preparation. |

| Direct bank transfer | After placing your order you receive our bank details by email. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order is dispatched as soon as the payment has been credited to our account (usually 1–2 business days for SEPA transfers). If payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled. |
All payments are made to COSTA SELECT TRADING COMPANY SL. This neutral company name is what appears on your bank statement – the word “cannabis” is never shown.
2. Prices and invoices
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Amounts in other currencies are shown for information only. The total amount, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. An invoice is issued for every order and can be requested at any time from customer service.
