Mi paquete está retenido en la sede de GLS sin motivo lógico. Me he comunicado varias veces con vosotras por email y no ha servido para mucho porque 10 días después sigo sin pedido y sin reembolso. Decís que me haréis el reembolso cuando recibáis el paquete de vuelta. Lleva 10 días en la sede de GLS y no se ve intención de que se mueva de allí. Si jamás he tocado ese paquete, no es responsabilidad mía que llegue de vuelta a su origen. Ya que no habéis reclamado con éxito que me lo entreguen, ¿podéis al menos realizar el reembolso? Vasta scelta, prezzi adeguati e spedizione celere. Numerosi semi in omaggio, peccato che siano particolarmente piccoli e chiari (immaturi ?), quindi con scarso potere germinativo ; a caval donato non si guarda in bocca, d'accordo, ma regalare dei semi di così scarsa livello non mi sembra una buona pratica commerciale.
